The National Defense Authorization Act could put you or me in prison indefinitely without a trial!
Washington - House members defended the National Defense Authorization Act's provision to detain terrorists, including US citizens, indefinitely on American soil without a trial.  The House voted 238 to 182 against an amendment to guarantee a trial for any suspected terrorist arrested in the US.
